Directions to Coldwell Banker-Mountain Valley Properties
From I-77: Take Exit 100 to Hwy 89 East. Turn right onto Hwy 89 East. Continue on Hwy 89 East for 7.6 miles until you get to the 2nd stoplight. At the light, turn left onto Independence Blvd. (Hwy 89). Go 0.7 miles to the intersection of Independence Blvd. and Main St. Coldwell Banker Mountain Valley Properties offices are be on the far left corner; however, Main St. goes one way to the right. To park at the office, go straight at this intersection and take the first left onto Hines Ave. Hines Ave. will curve around to the left and bring you back to Main St. where you will then take a left. Once on Main St., take an immediate left into the parking area at the front of Coldwell Banker Mountain Valley Properties.
From Hwy 52 North: Take Hwy. 52 North to the Hwy 89 Exit. Go straight through the light onto Independence Boulevard (Hwy. 89). Go 0.7 miles to the intersection of Independence Blvd. and Main St. Coldwell Banker Mountain Valley Properties offices are on the far left corner; however, Main St. goes one way to the right. To park at the office, go straight at this intersection and take the first left onto Hines Ave. Hines Ave. will curve around to the left and bring you back to Main St. where you will then take a left. Directions to White Sulphur Springs from Coldwell Banker Mountain Valley Properties
Leaving the Coldwell Banker Mountain Valley Properties parking area, take a left onto Main St. and another immediate left onto Independence Blvd. Go 0.3 miles on Independence Blvd. until it dead ends into Riverside Drive/Hwy 104. Turn left onto Riverside Dr. The entrance to White Sulphur Springs will be 3 miles ahead on the right.
