Take a Tour

White Sulphur Springs revives many elements of the original resort, such as a Spring House to be rebuilt at the site of the original structure and a covered outdoor pavilion for community activities and gatherings at the edge of the expansive Front Lawn. Other amenities also encourage a family-oriented, active outdoor lifestyle. Our goal is to create a planned residential community that brings people together and closer to nature. Learn the history of White Sulphur Springs.

Exclusive Concierge Services

We will manage housekeeping and maintenance issues ranging from landscaping to grocery shopping, from roof repair to house cleaning through our turnkey concierge service exclusively for White Sulphur Springs property owners.

The Pavilion

The 3,500 square foot Pavilion will include a two-sided fireplace, summer kitchen and restrooms. Heaters will make the Pavilion comfortable and welcoming when there is a chill in the mountain air. The Pavilion will connect people with nature, family and friends, which fits perfectly with the vision for White Sulphur Springs.

The Spring House

Our new Spring House, the icon of our community, will welcome you home as you cross the bridge over the Ararat River. Historically, the mineral-rich water was believed to have wonderful healing properties, and it actually may. But today we are focused on the spirit of what the spring water represents; rejuvenation for the body, mind and soul.

The Proposed White Sulphur Spring Inn

White Sulphur Springs will become a popular base camp for exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Yadkin Valley Wine Region. We've set aside six acres of this residential development for a 28-room Inn and 12 Guest Cottages. A dining room and full-service restaurant are included in plans for the Inn as well as concierge services and an activities director.

The Front Lawn

Our 7.5-acre Front Lawn is the centerpiece of our planned residential community. Created and maintained for residents and their guests, it will be an ideal gathering place for families and friends to enjoy leisurely pursuits like croquet, lawn bowling, bocce and field games or maybe an afternoon nap at the hammock park.

Trail System

We have reserved 2.5 miles of protected, heavily wood property for walking and hiking trails. Our trail system will link neighbor to neighbor and residents to nature and community amenities.

Ararat River

This scenic waterway fronts the property, running between the Front Lawn and our planned equestrian facility and meadow. The banks of the river are remaining undeveloped so that residents and guests will have access to fish, canoe and enjoy the river.
